Booking

A deposit of 20.00 is required for booking.  This deposit will be applied towards your services. Please note the deposit is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable to another appointment or person.

Rescheduling

In the event that you must reschedule your appointment after you have paid, you have only one week (7) days from your cancellation date to reschedule and use that appointment without making another deposit.  This only applies to clients call or text 24 hours prior to their appointment date, stating that the appointment will need to be canceled or rescheduled.

Final Payment

The remaining payment is due on the day of your scheduled appointment.      NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Late Policy

Please be on time for your appointment.  You have a 15 minute grace period, a 10.00 late fee will be applied to your balance if you arrive after the 15 minute grace period.  Your appointment will be automatically canceled if you are 30 minutes late.

 

Please DO NOT bring extra people to appointment if they are not receiving service. (Your children are allowed)
